Renovation of a stadium in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17,000-square-foot stadium.
To supply portable multi-use indoor sports flooring, endorsed by National or International sports organizations to cover approximately 17,000 square feet. The successful bidder will be responsible to supply the flooring to the Kin Arena located at 1101 - 106 Avenue, Dawson Creek, BC. Bidders are also responsible to include in their bid the following information: 1. An exhaustive list of sports that can be played on the flooring surface. 2. The cost per square foot of the flooring. 3. Installation requirements: a. Required accessories for installation, painting or applying adhesives. 4. Confirm if an underlay is required: a. The thickness of underlay required for competition play. b. The cost per square foot of the underlay. 5. Confirm if the flooring comes with the lines pre-painted, or if an adhesive is required. 6. Amount of time to install and remove court system (based on number of installers) a. This includes painting, applying or removing adhesives. 7. Quality of the product. 8. Tile dimensions. 9. Tile weight. 10. Provide warranty options. 11. Storage information: a. Whether or not the flooring can withstand being stored in an unheated storage unit. b. The number and size of pallets required for moving and storing the flooring. 12. Product to be delivered no later than September 30, 2022. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
