Site work and paving for a road / highway in Stapleton, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of July 28, 2022, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed.** For furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to successfully accomplish the following work. Project will consist of leveling and resurfacing of West Sheppard Street beginning at Ivey Street and ending at City Limit of Stapleton. Mayor Lisa Cranford will be the contractor's contact person and can be reached at (706) 547-2828 Stapleton City Hall. All work is to be accomplished by November 30, 2022. Payment for acceptable work accomplished will be at the completion of all contract work and final inspection correction items. Successful bidder will strictly adhere to all Georgia DOT Regulations, 2013 Current Standards and Specifications, all Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices guidelines, and all requirements included in the Project Agreement between The City of Stapleton and the successful bidder. The City of Stapleton reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
