TIMELINE: The owner has phased the project implementation. Tender for the first phase contractor has been issued, awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Replacement of the Site Layout - Phase 1 (Bus Drop-off and Courtyard Redevelopment) at Polyvalente Deux-Montagnes. Construction is underway. Tender(s) for subsequent phase(s) contractor(s) is (are) anticipated starting fall 2024 and will be followed in new separate reports.
