This Contract is for the removal and disposal of accumulated sediment and vegetation from the Appledale Estates Stormwater Management Pond located in the Community of Beeton in the Town of New Tecumseth including all associated works. The Contract is for the removal and disposal of sediment and vegetation from the Appledale Estates Stormwater Management Facility (SWMF) located on Dayfoot Street, Beeton and all associated works to return the pond to the original as-constructed condition. The Appledale Estates SWMF is located south of Kate Aiken Crescent, north of Prospect Street, and east of Dayfoot Street. The Pond block is legally described as Block 1 of Plan 51M-699. The Appledale Estates SWMF was designed and constructed as a dry pond with control outlet structure at the west limits adjacent to Dayfoot Street. Sediment has accumulated in the pond and wetland vegetation has propagated throughout the pond.
