The scope of this project is to upgrade the existing lighting to LED. Replace fixtures with LED upgrade while retaining existing correlated color temperature (CCT). These new LED luminaires should have the ability to have their CCT adjusted up to a maximum of 3000K and should utilize existing circuitry. This control system should be specified such that it can easily scale up to accommodate additional lights, as well as easily incorporate lights from different manufacturers. 1. Contractor to verify all fixture counts to replace all light fixtures. 2. Contractor to provide 10% extra of each fixture. 3. Contractor to provide the following: Shall allow for conduit, wiring/cable and circuit breakers as required. Shall allow for sundry materials. Fixtures/conduit shall be located in the existing location. The Contractor shall be liable for manufacturer warranties. The emergency battery pack locations will be positioned to provide illumination. 4. Egress. The emergency lights and exit light fixture shall not be set to auto test. Exit and emergency battery pack shall benchmark tested and records submitted. Exit and emergency battery pack shall be numbered by the Contractor. 5. Submit to Alberta Infrastructure. Panel schedules updated. Reprinted by the Contractor and include the following; i. Contract name, contact info and date (hard and soft copy placed in the panel). 6. Send to Alberta Infrastructure. Contractor shall be responsible for coring/x-rays as required. The current Canadian Electric Code, Alberta Building Code, and Alberta Fire Code shall be met for all new installation work. Product data sheets shall be submitted with the project close. All garbage and old fixtures shall be removed from site by the Contractor.
