To Provide On-Call Professional Consulting Services for the City of Durham The City of Durham (hereinafter 'City') Department of Human Resources (hereinafter 'HR') is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide The City of Durham with professional services in the areas of facilitation, leadership development, manager/supervisor development, team building, conflict resolution, change management and other specialized (or customized) services as outlined in the 'scope of work'.
