**As of July 18, 2022, project was awarded to 4-D Electric LLC for the electrical upgrade , awarded amount is $147,537.00, and McCook Mechanical Services for the HVAC portion of the project, awarded amount is $199,003.88. Total awarded amount is $346,540.88 .** The project includes demolition of existing HVAC equipment, lighting and electrical systems, new HVAC equipment, transitional ductwork, new lighting and new electrical distribution wiring. Work may commence on July 1, 2022 and must be completed by October 31, 2022. Printed sets of bid documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $35.00 per set, paid to A&D Technical Supply. If required, documents can be mailed UPS for an additional payment of $15.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply. Use the place order link in the top right to order bid documents.
