The City of College Station is soliciting bids from Vendors who are interested and qualified to provide a quote for an Annual Price Agreement for 5/8" Pea Gravel for College Station Electric Utilities. The deadline for written questions is 12:00 p.m. CST on June 7, 2022. This contract shall become effective from date of acceptance and approval by the City of College Station. It shall remain in full force and effect with firm fixed bid prices for the period of one (1) year. The bid, as submitted herein, is considered the base price for the materials specified herein as of June 30, 2022 and shall remain in effect for the first contractual year, hereafter called the reference base period. Prices may be adjusted semi-annually each year thereafter, based upon the percent changes (whether up or down) in the special index specified herein, between the reference base period December 31, 2022, and of the most recent year. All calculations for the special index shall be based upon the latest versions of the Producer Price Index data published as of June and December of each year. The City reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole, any bids submitted, and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the City.
