Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Scope of Work of the Contract includes excavation of 3 detention ponds and a drainage channel consisting of approximately 235,000 C.Y., 2,000 L.F. of all weather access road, and 350 L.F. of 10x8 RCB for Contract 4 Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the greatest amount bid, including any and all alternates called for in the Bid Form, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided, and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The successful bidder receiving the contract award must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) each of the Total Contract price. Each such bond shall be executed by the corporate surety duly authorized to do business in the State of Texas The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in a Bid not involving price, time or changes in the Work.
