The work consists of cleaning and televising approximately 30,977 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe including 27,744 linear feet of 8-inch, 1,952 linear feet of 10-inch, 1,188 linear feet of 12-inch and 93 linear feet of 15-inch. The work also includes television inspection of 180 sanitary sewer manholes. The District is located in northwestern Harris County, Texas, approximately 15 miles northwest of the City of Houston's central business district. The District is bounded by Interstate Highway 45 on the east, Harris County MUD No. 205 on the north, the City of Houston on the south and southeast, and Rankin Road West MUD to the southwest. The Cranbrook subdivision is located within Harris County MUD No. 200 and bounded by Ella Boulevard to the east, Rankin Road West MUD to the west, the HCFCD Kuykendahl Detention Basin to the north, and the City of Houston to the south. The bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the bid bonds payable to the Owner. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid/Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date bids are open. The bidder must provide a completed Qualification Statement with the bid. The Qualification Statement form is provided in this bid package.
