Site Preparation, Detention Basin Excavation, off-site spoil disposal, on-site spoil disposal, drainage swales, (5) junction boxes and outfalls 80,500 CY of Detention Basin Excavation, and Spoil Disposal 2,200 LF of Backslope Interceptor Swale, and 6 Backslope Interceptor Structures 337 SY Concrete Slope Paving and 100 SY Concrete Rip-Rap 505 LF of 36-inch through 60-inch RCP and all appurtenances 539 LF of 5'x4', 6'x5', 7'x5', 8'x4', and 8'x5' RCB open cut construction and all appurtenances Stormwater Pollution Control A cashier s check or bid bond in the amount of 2%of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written reguest online to the system for such information to Engineer Question Deadline 09/30/2023
