Bid 1. Widen & Pave Woodcock Ln. / Woodstar Rd. 18' wide x approx.2600' long. Widen existing road from 14' to 18' by removing sod from each side of existing roadway. Pave 2" asphalt alongside existing roadway (2'each side). Mill butt joints as needed. Sweep existing roadway. Apply tack coat for bonding layers. Pave two course 2" compacted average depth asphalt pavement consisting of a wedge layer and a 1.5" upper Layer. Install a 2' wide crushed aggregate base course shoulder. Sweep roadway when completed. Bid 2. Heller Ln. South of Star Lake Rd. 16' wide x approx. 1400' long. Remove and replace existing CMP culvert 30' x 50' long. Mill butt joints as needed. Sweep existing roadway. Apply tack coat for bonding layers. Pave two course 2" compacted average depth asphalt pavement consisting of a wedge layer and a 1.5" upper Layer. Install a 2' wide crushed aggregate base course shoulder. Sweep roadway when completed. Bid 3. Wedge and Overlay Traxels Point Ln., County Rd T to Fire # 13108, 18' wide x approx. 6000' long. Mill butt joints as needed. Sweep existing roadway. Apply tack coat for bonding layers. 2" asphalt: Pave two course 2" compacted hot mix asphalt consisting of a wedge layer and 1.5" top layer. Install a 2' wide crushed aggregate base course shoulder. Sweep roadway when completed. Bid 4. Wedge and Overlay Archibald Lake Road, County Road T to Boot Lake Rd. 20'wide x approx. 1000' long. Mill butt joints as needed. Sweep existing roadway. Apply tack coat for bonding layers. 2" asphalt: Pave two course 2" compacted hot mix asphalt consisting of a wedge layer and 1.5" top layer. Install a 2' wide crushed aggregate base course shoulder. Sweep roadway when completed. Bid 5. Single chip seal over existing pavement using 3/8" fractured granite chips on the following roads. o Red Pine Ln. approx. 22' x .48 miles o Lonzo Ln. approx. 22' x .69 miles o Zitske Ln. approx. 22' x .43 miles All work to be completed by September 30th,2022.
