Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chalmers, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For Roof Replacement Project at Frontier Jr/Sr High School CONTRACT AWARD Project is intended to be let as a single, prime contract. Base and Alternate shall be submitted as described in Documents. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or waive any informality or errors in for a period of 60-days from date. It is Owner's intent to award contracts within 60-days. Should withdraw their within 60- days after date without written consent of the Owner, or fail to execute a satisfactory contract, including required bonds, within 10-days after written notice of acceptance of , Owner may declare the Security forfeited as liquidated damages, not as penalty. Successful shall furnish an approved Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100-percent of the Contract Amount, with an approved surety company and said Bond shall remain in full force and effect for a period of 12-months after date of acceptance of Work. Bonds shall be furnished at time of written Notice to Proceed with Work.
