Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,954-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Contract Time 210 CALENDAR DAYS. Liquidated Damages $1,000.00 per. day for each clay of overrun,$1,000.00 per day for each clay of unauthorized suspension The project consists of 6,954 SF building at the top of the newly designed tennis court park. The building consists of a main lodge with a lounger, pass through lobby/reception, a multipurpose room and pro shop, conventionally steel framed. There is a restroom and locker room wing framed with light gauge metal. Contract excludes all site work. Site work will be performed under separate contract. Questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to the attention of Kimberly Toon at kimberlytoon@fayettevillenc.gov Bidders are expressly prohibited from contacting any City of Fayetteville official or employee associated with this Request for Proposal, except as noted above. Violation of this prohibition is grounds for the immediate disqualification of the bidder. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities concerning bid, or award bid to the lowest responsible bidder or bidders, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the contract.
