Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bristow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Project Location: 409 WildFlower Run, Bristow, OK 74010 Bid Date: 12/22/22 at 2:00pm (bids must be delivered and filled out per the attached bid solicitation and forthcoming bid package) Bid Opening: 12/22/22 at 2:30pm Pre-Bid: None. Job visits may be scheduled through kendall@tciok.com and are encouraged. Project details: An expansion and renovation of an existing Pool and pool house to create a unique destination in Bristow. The work includes theme work, earthwork, large water slides, shelters, site furnishings, new pool equipment and piping, renovation of the existing pool house, turf, concrete work, and many other items. We look forward to the opportunity to work together on this project. The following documents have been issued: 1. Plans by PEC dated 11/18/22 2. Specifications PEC dated 11/18/22 3. Bid Packages will be issued on or before December 6th. I know the holidays are a busy time for everyone but this project is extremely important to TCI and the City of Bristow.
