Estimated cost range is $1,800,000 - $2,200,000. Contract Local Business Subcontracting Goal: 20% of the Total Subcontracting Work Cleaning and relining existing 6-, 8-, 10-, 12- and 14-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipes at various locations; point repairs of 8- and 10-inch sanitary sewer pipes at various locations; prelining and post-lining video inspections; reopening of existing lateral connections; the installation of service lateral connection seals known as "Top Hats"; trimming of protruding laterals and other obstructions; reconstruction of manhole channels; adjustment to grade of manhole frame and covers; installation of sectionals; installation of Spray-On Manhole Liners; and miscellaneous appurtenant work. Other Details Notes - All Bidder's questionnaires and/or request for equal substitution requests shall be submitted to City's Project Manager, Michael Vartanians, via email at mvartanians@cityofpasadena.net by 4:00 PM on June 1, 2022. Any questions or substitution request received after 4:00 PM on June 1, 2022 will not be considered.
