The Project consists generally of the following major items: The City of Raleigh is seeking proposals from General Contractors to perform several small projects at the Red Hat Amphitheater. Most of the work is associated with the amphitheater's concrete surface; pouring concrete to replace pavers, cutting out and re-sealing the joints, cutting along the centerline to create an expansion joint and re-purposing the pavers to form another patio. We will also be erecting four small walls. One will be a privacy wall and the other three will be used to mount 55" video monitors. The final project will be to install siding on the restroom trailers. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (120) days after the scheduled closing time for bids. The prime contractor will be required to identify participation of MWBE businesses in their Bid, and how that participation will be achieved.
