Renovation of an educational facility in Biloxi, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All correspondence and inquiries regarding this BID must be done via e-mail: : Ronnie.Bogard@biloxischools.net or Kassie.Bourque@biloxischools.net If a Service Provider does not receive a response within 48 hours, it is the responsibility of the Service Provider to call KASSIE BOURQUE at 228-374-1810 and confirm that the e-mail message was received. Leave a message if necessary. Remove and haul away four (4) modular classrooms on existing property. Install a minimum of four (4), up to six (6), new 24 x 36 air-conditioned modular classrooms. The modular classrooms must be brand new and cannot be used, refabricated, or refurbished. Each modular building must include ADA compliant restrooms. Each classroom must include a self-contained wall mounted HVAC system. This bid must include installation, block, leveling and anchoring. Delivery set up and removal needs to be included in the cost. Each modular classroom should include material and labor to install the appropriate and matching skirting around each modular classroom. The bid should include all costs associated with miscellaneous electrical and supplies, hardware and supplies, and all installation costs.
