The documents relating to this call for tenders are available at electronic tender system ( website ) or at 1 866-669-7326 at the amount determined by the organization for obtaining plans and specifications. Unless otherwise indicated, this call for tenders is subject to the Quebec-Ontario Agreement (ACCQO), the Quebec-New Brunswick Agreement (AQNB). All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender, in the form of a certified check or a surety bond valid for the entire tender period during which the tender must remain in force and can be removed.
