You are invited to bid for a contract on selected Bid Packages, for Nettleton School Phase 1 FMIC Cafeteria Expansion for the Nettleton Public School located in Jonesboro, Arkansas, hereinafter termed owner. Bids are on a lump sum basis per the appropriate bid packages. Trade Packages included are as follows: 1. Concrete 2. Masonry 3. Aluminum Entrances 4. Metal Studs and Gyp Board 5. Floor Coverings and Base 6. Acoustical Ceilings 7. Painting and Sheetrock Finishing 8. Specialties 9. Fire Protection 10. HVAC and Gas Piping 11. Electrical and Fire Alarm Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) for all bids exceeding $20,000.00 and made payable to: Tate General Contractors, Inc. Jonesboro Arkansas All bidders must be licensed in the State of Arkansas, as provided by Act 142 of 1967, amended by Act 293 of 1969, and Act 397 of 1971, and Act 546 of 1971, as enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond using AIA Document A312. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without written consent to the owner.
