Site work for a water / sewer project in New Rochelle, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of New Rochelle is seeking to retain six different Engineering Subconsultants to study the six City watersheds/drainage basins. Each subconsultant will analyze a list of existing drainage and icing problems within the subject drainage basin and provide recommended solutions for each problem location. Each Subconsultant is required to perform their work in a standard prescribed format for consistency with the work of the other five Subconsultants. This Request for Proposal is for Sheldrake River Drainage Basin. While the City anticipates awarding six contracts to six different engineering consultants, the City will consider awarding contracts for up to two different drainage basins if both Proposals include a Two Basin Capacity Statement.
