Osage Preference will be applied in awarding the contract. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and all responses. The Osage Nation is seeking Proposals for Architectural & Engineering services for the complete design of ten (10) senior housing duplex units along with all required surveying, geotechnical investigations and permitting. The project will be a new construction senior housing development in Hominy, OK. As of March 8, 2024, the project broke ground on July 12, 2023. A design team and construction timeline has not been identified.
