Q & A deadline: May 17, 2022 4:00:00 PM EDT Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) will be taking bids for a vendor to fabricate and deliver the 15 kV Lattice Steel Structure Ground Assemblies as shown on the provided drawings in accordance with and in the quantities shown on Sheet 5 of KUB Specifications K99-954 R0. Vendors are responsible for reading all Evaluated Bid Requirements attachments in their entirety and providing the necessary information. Shipping costs should be included with the bid price as terms of freight are FOB Destination. Bid will be evaluated based on Price, Delivery Schedule after Receipt of Order, References and Past Performance (with direct phone numbers and email addresses), Specification Compliance and Exceptions, Terms and Conditions Exceptions (Go, No Go, and/or Negotiated) - Exceptions to the Terms and Conditions may be submitted for consideration. The outside of the sealed box / container / envelopes containing the response shall be clearly marked with the bid name, bid control number, bid due date and time.
