Renovation of an educational facility in Maywood, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of June 6th, 2022 all sub trades have been awarded. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond made payable to West40 ROE in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid is required of all parties submitting a proposal. The following bid packages are included: BP 01 - General Trades BP 02 - Painting BP 03 - Plumbing BP 04 - HVAC BP 05 - Electrical Questions pertaining to the Construction Documents should be sent to Kevin Liebe at kliebe@bollerconstruction.com. Questions shall be received until noon on Thursday, May 26, 2022. No questions will be entertained after this time. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive informalities to any bid when such is deemed by the Owner to be in the Owner's own best interests. Any proposal received after the time and date stated above will be returned to the Bidder unopened. The competency and responsibility of the Bidders will be considered in making awards.
