The selected respondent should be qualified and licensed through the State of Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality. The LCHA will give preference to respondents that provide Licensed Professional Certified Industrial Hygienist and Professional Engineers. It is essential that the LCHA facilities be restored in accordance with current health and safety standards and building code. Obtaining viable Environmental and CIH Services are essential to assure that the CLIENTs restoration and rebuild address all concerns related to mold, asbestos, and other environmental hazards. Services shall include, but are not limited to the following: Analyze and report on Asbestos containing material in accordance with The Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA). Writing protocols for moisture remediation, mold remediation, and / or asbestos abatement Moisture Mapping Environmental monitoring during asbestos abatement Mold testing Air quality testing Reporting and clearances Provide an explanation of how these services will be provided in cooperation with the CLIENTs recovery consultants and project management / architects. MANPOWER Please provide available qualified manpower. Both local and remote. Please provide a rate schedule for expenses.
