Renovation of a medical facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 61,000-square-foot medical facility.
In general, the work consists of: replacing approximately 61,000 SF of roofing on the WRC North Building. Existing ballasted EPDM roofing system will be torn off down to existing roof deck. The ne roofing system will be fully adhered EPDM over new tapered insulation to provide positive slope for drainage. New scupper inserts will be installed on the connector roof. Work will be coordinated around existing equipment curbs and other roof penetrations. All metal counterflashings and metal roof edges will be replaced. The project also includes relocating the existing wall mounted security cameras to a new roof mounted base with swivel arm to provide safer assess for maintenance.
