Renovation of a fire / police facility in Yorktown, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

**As of August 3, 2022, project was awarded to JF Acquisition, LLC, awarded amount is $1,151,946.50.** Questions or comments related to this solicitation shall be directed to the Contract Officer not later than 1:30 p.m. on June 1, 2022. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred). Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. 1. PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request For Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes and contract for the installation of three (3) SCH. 40 PVC conduit, six (6) explosion proof seal fittings, and one (1) exterior wireway/auxiliary gutter. 2. SPECIFICATIONS: All materials and work performed shall be in accordance with industry standards, including, but not limited to, Article 514, NEC, any additional applicable codes, including, but not limited to VDEQ, OSHA, EPA, etc., and all codes currently enforced in the County of York and/or within the state of Virginia. Pull strings shall be required. Contractor shall be made responsible for contacting Miss Utility (1-800-552-7001) for existing utility locations prior to commencing construction. Quantities and sizes shall be as specified on the Contract Plans (Attachment H).
