The 2nd building, Senior Citizen building, it was awarded to McCoy Roofing Company with an awarded amount of $20,940.00. And the 3rd building, the City Hall building, was awarded to John Collins Commercial and Residential Roofing, with an awarded amount of $14,150.00. The total awarded amount for the project is $58,217.00. The City of Lavaca is taking sealed bids for roof repair/replacement on three city buildings. Two are asphalt shingle and one is metal.
