Reference number : 1607311 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-06 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope PAVING DUFRESNE, LAKE GEORGES AND BELVEDERE ROADS The municipality of Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci is requesting bids for the paving of Dufresne, Lac Georges and Belvédère roads. Each tender must be accompanied by a certified check on an account registered in a financial institution doing business in Quebec and made out to the order of the Municipality of Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci or an irrevocable bank guarantee letter from a financial institution doing business in Quebec and authorized by the Inspector General of Financial Institutions or a bid bond of at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Said bid bond shall be issued for a period of ninety (90) days. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders presented and incurs no obligation or costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
