This lot, with an estimated value of more than $3 million, is part of the completion of phase 2 of the New Hospital Complex (NCH) project on the site of the Hopital de l'Enfant-Jesus whose delivery is scheduled for 2024. The budget for phase 2 of the NCH project is estimated at $1.4 billion. This phase will include approximately 100 work and procurement packages.
