CITY OF GRAND PRAIRIE for the purchase of the following: RFP # 22096 Construction of Sector 4A Liner System at the City of Grand Prairie Landfill Further information and specifications may be obtained at website, or from the Purchasing Division at (972) 237-8269. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. The city also reserves the right to purchase these items through state awarded contracts or other intergovernmental agreements when it is in the best interest of the city. Scope of work is outlined and detailed in the construction documents and specifications provided and generally consists of the following: A. Excavation, transporting, and stockpiling soils within the landfill area B. Installation of underdrain system C. Installation of liner system and tie-ins D. Installation of protective cover E. Leachate collection system installation F. Installation of leachate collection pump and forcemain G. Access road and truck pad construction H. Erosion control BMP installation
