Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fouke, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 26,169-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Bid Packages are available for the following trades: Earthwork & Storm Drain, Site Utilities, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Polished Concrete Finish, Masonry, Structural & Misc. Steel Fabrication, Structural Steel Erection, Architectural Woodwork, E.I.F.S., Caulking & Dampproofing, Membrane Roofing & Sheetmetal, Aluminum Storefront/Glass & Glazing, Rolling Steel Doors & Dock Equipment, Operable Partition, Drywall & Acoustics, Ceramic Tile & Carpeting, Painting, Signage, Canopies, Stage Rigging & Drapery, Audio/Visual Systems, Stage Lighting, Fixed Audience Seating, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Electrical & Special Systems and General Trades. All Bidders must comply with the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Laws. As of June 30, 2022, bids have been received and are under review. All Bidders must also submit an Ideal Construction Prequalification Statement which may be obtained from the following portal. Any Proposals received after that date and time, shall be considered non-responsive. All responsive bids will be evaluated, and results will be made public as soon as practical. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality. Further bidding instructions and bonding information are contained in the Bid Packages you will receive.
