Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Libertyville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Village of Libertyville (Owner) invites sealed Qualified Bidder's Proposals for the Work generally described as follows: mass grading to construct a flood storage detention basin, storm sewer and underdrain installation, construction of both PCC and HMA paths, softball field and amenity construction, and all necessary restoration. The Work shall be performed at the following Work Site: Nicholas Dowden Park at Dymond Road and Crane Boulevard, Libertyville, Lake County, IL. Funding provided in whole or in part by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Pre-Qualification: Yes All questions shall be submitted via email to Dave Buckley, PE of CBBEL at dbuckley@cbbel.com. No further questions will be accepted after 1:00pm on June 15, 2022.
