Paint exterior of Lehman Caves Visitor Center with an option to paint exterior of Great Basin Visitor Center & Resource Center. Work consists of preparing, sanding, cleaning, repairing, patching, painting T1-11 boards, soffits, fascia, doors, jams, windows, trim, roof beams, metal handrails, and uprights. Apply two coats of finish containing a primer additive to all previously painted wood and metal surface. a. This project is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS: 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, the small business size standard is $16.5 million. Contractors must be currently listed in the System for Award Management(SAM) as a Small Business for this solicitation's NAICS code. Those offerors not listed as a Small Business for NAICS 238320 may be deemed ineligible for further consideration for award. b. Award of this solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. c. Onsite construction shall be executed within 5 calendar days of notice to proceed. d.
