This project will consist of: Repairing and replacing where required metal siding to match the existing, installing new overhead doors at three existing opening, repairing and fixing existing doors, and providing new roof ventilators. Bidders must sign the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the pre-bid meeting. The State will reject bids from any bidder who has not signed the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the pre-bid meeting. Bidders in attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed. A bid security of 10% of the total Bid Price will be required of all Bidders. A 100% Performance and Payment Bond of the accepted bid will also be required..
