Value $300,000K - $350,000 For improvements to the Vaughn Municipal Airport, AIP No. 3-35-0509-019-2022 The work involved includes the following: SCHEDULE I IMPROVE ACCESS ROAD SCHEDULE II INSTALL ELECTRICAL GATE. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Cashier's Check in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid made payable to Town of Vaughn, or by a Bid Bond in like amount executed by a Surety Company. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications and he/she must bid on all items of every schedule. The Town of Vaughn reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all portions of, the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of one-hundred twenty (120) days from the opening thereof. The proposed contract is under and subject to Executive Order 11246 of 24 September 1965, as amended and to the equal opportunity clause and the Standard Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Construction Contract Specifications, including the goals and timetables for minority and female participation. The proposed contract is subject to the provisions of Department of Transportation Regulations 49 CFR Part 26 (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation).
