Construction of the Following Described Project: Cr 273 South Blvd & Kirkland Road Sidewalk Project The Project Consists of the Construction of Sidewalk Along the South Side of South Boulevard in Chipley, Fl From Kirkland Road East to the Kate Smith Elementary School Entrance and Along the West Side of Kirkland Road From Brickyard Road to South Boulevard. The Proposed Improvements Also Consist of Minor Grading and Drainage Improvements Associated With the Construction of the New Sidewalk as Identified in the County S Local Agency Program Contract With the Florida Department of Transportation (Fdot). This Project Is Federally Funded With Assistance From the Federal Highway Administration (Fhwa) and the Florida Department of Transportation (Fdot) (Fdot Ffpid# 438135-4-58-01). Minorities and Female Contractors and Subcontractors Are Encouraged to Bid. In Particular, Bidders Should Note the Required Attachments and Certifications to Be Executed and Submitted With the Form of Bid Proposal. All Bidders Must Be Fdot Pre-qualified in Accordance With Section 2 - Proposal Requirements and Conditions in the Foot Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction in the Following Work Classes.
