Gavilan Joint Community College District, acting through its Governing Board, hereinafter the District, invites Design-Build Entities (DBEs) to submit responses to this Request for Statement of Qualifications ("RFSOQ") for an upcoming Design-Build project ("Project") for the Library and Student Resource Center (LSRC) on the Gilroy campus. The Project generally consists of a new Library and Student Resource Center (LSRC) building in Santa Clara County, located at Gavilan College, Gilroy Campus. The physical address is 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., Gilroy, CA 95020. The Project will include a new building and site improvements around the building.
