This includes two sites: Quebec Campus - Lot 1 1300 8th Avenue Quebec (Quebec) G1J 5L5 Charlesbourg Campus - Lot 2 7600 3rd Avenue East Quebec (Quebec) G1H 7L4 The contract comprises 2 lots, each of the sites concerned constituting a separate lot. The contract will be awarded by lot at the lowest conforming price. Bid guarantee The BIDDER must accompany his Bid with a bid guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total price proposed in his Bid including the options. Work period The snow removal season runs from November 1 to April 30 each year. The SERVICE PROVIDER is responsible for removing snow that fell before November 1 and is present on the ground at the start of the snow removal season. The SERVICE PROVIDER must also complete, after April 30, the snow removal required by a snowfall that began before the end of the snow removal season, i.e. April 30 at 11:59 p.m. Duration 1 year firm and TWO (2) option(s) to renew the Contract for an additional period of ONE (1) year(s) each. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
