Multiple Prime Contracts: General Construction Contract #1 - Replacement of metal siding and painting of existing metal siding Checks or money orders shall be made payable to Croton-Harmon Union Free School District. Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Bidding Requirements to all bidders submitting bids. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. c. Bidding Document costs are refundable provided the documents are returned to REV within thirty (30) days of the Bid Opening, and are in complete, unmarked, and not torn condition. Bidding Document purchase costs will be returned to the successful Bidder upon execution of related Owner/Contractor Agreement.
