The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a bid to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and parts for preventive maintenance of several cooling units located on the UWM campus in accordance with procedures, tasks, and service intervals established by the manufacturer of each piece of equipment in the system. This contract will mainly be used by Physics, Lubar Hall, USRB, KIRC, and EMS, but must be made available to all UWM departments. All equipment is housed within data centers
