furnish all labor and materials and the performance of all work necessary or incidental to the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Replacement at The Regent, satellite facility of the HCC Brandon Campus Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum amount bid; Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price. If awarded the contract, within seven (7) calendar days after written notice being given such award enter into a written contract with the DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF HILLSBOROUGH COMMUNITY COLLEGE in accordance with the accepted bid and give a surety bond satisfactory to the DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF HILLSBOROUGH COMMUNITY COLLEGE equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
