For more details please see the attachment titled Notice of Electronic Submission The Illinois Dept of Military Affairs is soliciting a vendor to provide inspections and maintenance on the fire alarm systems at the 182 Air Wing located at 6706 W. Minuteman Ave., Peoria, IL 61607 for a period of 3 years. Total Price to inspect fire alarms for the facilities listed in the contract from the date of the last signature of both parties - March 31, 2023 Total Price to inspect fire alarms for the facilities listed in the contract from April 1,2023 - March 31, 2024 Total Price to inspect fire alarms for the facilities listed in the contract from April 1, 2024 - March 31, 2025 Labor rate per hour Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM for service calls and maintenance for term of the contract.
