Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Whitehouse, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
As of August 11, 2022, project was awarded to awarded to Kirby Restaurant Supply, but awarded amount is not available. Proposer proposes to provide all labor, equipment and materials and perform all work for the completion of the Whitehouse ISD Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals for Freezer (including installation and related equipment), hereinafter referred to as Freezer, at the Whitehouse ISD Maintenance Warehouse, including, but not limited to, project management, structural and electrical engineering, fabrication and installation. Proposer is responsible for assessing suitability of existing structures. Existing structure should be used if feasible. Proposer shall provide any necessary certified engineering plans for the project. The contract will be awarded within 45 days of the submission deadline, after evaluation of proposals as outlined in the proposal document are completed and required approvals are received. The method of payment is outlined in the proposal document and includes federal funds requiring compliance with federal, state and local guidelines as outlined in the proposal document. Whitehouse I.S.D. further reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and waive technicalities in the best interest of the school district.
