School Contact Person: Mr. Daniel Larkin, Principal - Work Phone: 808-832-3210 - Cell Phone: 808-366-0140, Remove and replace 3 existing floor-mounted drinking fountains and corresponding concrete slabs. purchase install 3 new floor mount (combo units) drinking fountains by following all the Manufacture's recommendations, recommended accessories, additional plumbing fittings, and or hardware for proper operations of the new water fountains, Ensure a spigot is installed at each location, either at the fixture (if the model allows) or secured to the outside of the new concrete slab and safety railing. construct 3 replacement 10'-0 x 3'-6" concrete slabs with a 6" wide x 2" raised concrete curb, 1'-0 thickened edge reinforced with 6x6 x w2.9x w2.9 w.w.m. and 2 each #4 continuous rebar (in the thickened edge) and on a new 4" compacted base course cushion fill at all new water fountain locations, fabricate and install new 1-1/2" stainless steel safety railings. Minimum safety railing post depth shall be no less than 8" from new concrete slab finish.
