Demolition and site work for a retail development in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
The Project work shall include the following description of the work: * Demolition and removal of building in its entirety including footing and foundations at 1115 N. Second Street. Work shall include all necessary utility disconnects and coordination for utility clearances as required. It shall also include all required services associated with the proper removal and disposal of asbestos containing material as outlined in the Asbestos Survey Activities Report prepared by SCI Engineering dated May 4, 2022. A copy of such report is included as part of these contract documents. * Removal of improvements, including business sign, sign pole, and footing to 12" below grade. * Backfill areas of all removals with compacted granular fill. * Site restoration and all incidental items necessary to complete the work described herein Questions regarding the plans and specifications must be submitted in writing to the City of Saint Charles Department of Engineering. All questions will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on June 2, 2022 at which time no additional question will be addressed.
