The renovation will add a CT Scanner Room and an associated Control Room. The County is soliciting proposals for constructing the Mechanical and Electrical work associated with the rooms. Each bidder must include in his bid a Cashier's Check, Bid Bond, or Certified Check equal to 5% of the amount of the Bid payable to St. Croix County to ensure that contractor will proceed with the contract if his bid is chosen. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of St. Croix County. Questions Due: May 27, 2022 (4:00 PM) 1. Provide new HVAC system for cooling, heating, and humidification for the new CT Room and new Control Room. 2. Provide new electrical system for new CT Room and new Control Room.
