Sealed bids for the ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE CONTRACT for Properties of the BUCKS COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY for the one (1) year term beginning August 1, 2022 and ending July 31, 2023 Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly endorsed on the outside specifying "Bid on Electrical Maintenance Service for Properties of the Bucks County Housing Authority" and addressed to the Bucks County Housing Authority, 350 S. Main Street, Suite 205, Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, bid bond or cash in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). The retention of the Certified Check, Bid Bond or cash will conform with the provisions and specifications in the Contract documents. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of bids. The Bucks County Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any requirements inserted for the protection of the Authority, if the Authority deems such waiver to be in their best interest and as may be permitted by law. Award of the Contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by Bucks County Housing Authority, and the Authority reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities in the bid submission permitted by Law and the unqualified right to reject any and all bids.
