City of Laredo will solicit and receive Statement of Qualifications from interested and qualified Aviation Consultants for Professional On-Call Airport Architecture, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services at the Laredo International Airport. Professional, technical and advisory services are needed for projects identified in the Air- port's Capital Improvement Program. Projects may include airside/landside design, drainage and lighting, planning and environmental services and construction related services. Award of A&E contracts are subject to the availability of funding. Consultant firm(s) shall familiarize themselves with conditions relating to the scope, specifications, and restrictions regarding the execution of work to be performed under the RFQ. It is the respondent's responsibility to obtain any additional information it deems necessary to submit in its RFQ, as well as in the performance of the contract. Respondents are cautioned to refer to other sections of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) packet for further details. Construction plans by recipient of award are to be sealed and signed by a registered professional engineer and/or architect licensed to practice in the State of Texas. No respondent may withdraw his/her Proposal within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. City of Laredo reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals. Alteration or modification of the Respondent Forms shall be cause for rejection of the Proposal. Formal questions related to the RFQ may be submitted by email: alabrada@ci.laredo.tx.us with subject title: "RFQ FY22- ENG-24" no later than June 30, 2022, at 12:00 P.M. (CT). Questions received after this date may not be responded prior to the required submittal deadline. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
