The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing Design Build services for the Port Authority's New Maintenance Facility & Site Improvements project. Located in Corpus Christi, Texas at the corner of N. Port Avenue and W. Broadway Street, the site for the New Maintenance Facility is to be optimized for PCCA Operations and Maintenance teams to perform their daily activities. The property is approximately 7.2 acres with approximately 5 acres fenced on all sides with driveway access from N. Port Avenue. The site has two existing metal buildings, one approximately 3,060 square feet, and the second approximately 3,840 square feet; existing water, gas, electricity and wastewater utilities; a previous wash station; an existing concrete pad approximately 2,000 square feet; and approximately 40,000 square feet of paving around the existing infrastructure.
